The Supermarket Executive Summit will be held Monday, June 5th through Wednesday, June 7th at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin, 98 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, TX 78701, (512) 478-4500. Airline Reservations
Take advantage of our conference fare discount on Continental Airlines. To make your reservations utilizing this discount call our conference travel agent, American Worldwide Travel at either (973)-696-2545 or (800)-869-2171. (You can also email them at traveling@optonline.net or fax them at (973)-696-0847.) When you call, fax or email, please reference the Supermarket Executive Summit. (If emailing, please reference the name of the conference in the subject line.)
Room Reservations
Please make your hotel room reservations by calling the hotel directly at (512) 685-8100. Please reference the Supermarket Executive Summit in order to get the group rate of $190.00 single/double per night. We have arranged for the group rate to be extended three days before and after the Summit, based on room availability, should you wish to extend your stay. Reserve early! Rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis. Reservations should be made no later than May 15, 2006. Any reservations received after that date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only. A deposit equal to one night�s stay will be charged to your credit card after the reservation is made to guarantee accommodations. Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by Noon.
Dress Code/Weather/Other Needs
Dress code is business casual throughout the conference. The average temperature in Austin in June is a high of 91�F and a low of 71�F.
