Marty Allen is currently CEO of Party America, a 300 store specialty retail chain. Marty joined Party America 10 years ago when the company was 24 stores and losing money. He restructured the company in a Chapter 11 in less than 6 months. He then led the company through two mergers, each company being twice as big as his current one. Today, Party America is 300 stores in 46 states, with 60 franchises. During his 10 years at the helm, Party America has had 10 years of increased sales and profit year over year, and is now the second largest party supply chain in the country.

Prior to Party America, Marty was CEO of California Closet Company, a then wholly owned subsidiary of Williams Sonoma. During his tenure as there, he reversed several years of consecutive losses and returned that company to profitability and record sales.

Marty has also served as CEO of Scholastic Video and as Director of Marketing for Josten�s, the nations largest producers of yearbooks and class rings.
