| During his 25+ year career, Robert has held positions ranging from computer operator and programmer/analyst to VP/CIO in the Computer Services, Shipping, Banking, Film/Record Entertainment, Electronics Manufacturing, Consumer Package Goods, Restaurant and Retail indus-tries. He's successfully directed numerous ERP projects, including one of the first U.S. SAP R/3 implementations. As an IT Management consultant, Robert helped clients align their IT organiza-tions with business direction, establish successful strategic plans, develop high performing teams, and implement innovative solutions. Throughout his career he's championed business intelli-gence solutions at various organizations; including most recently Virgin Entertainment Group, North America, where as Director of Information Technology, Robert oversees all IT functions and disciplines. Recent accomplishments include expansion of the company's data warehouse to include detailed real-time inventory along with sales and customer traffic information. Robert also oversaw the highly recognized implementation of over 200 �digital preview stations' at the company's flagship Times Square and Hollywood locations. Virgin is currently rolling-out a new POS application and converged voice and data network to all its North American locations. |
