Timothy Kasbe is the Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Sears Holdings Corporation. SHC is a $70bn/year, fourth largest retailer in the USA, with Sears, KMart, Parts Direct, the great Indoors as their formats. Sears is the largest provider of home services, with over 20 million service calls made annually. They also own the Lands End, Craftsman, Kenmore, Die Hard, Covington, Canyon River Blues, Apostrophe, Joe Boxer, Route 66, Structure, Martha Stewart and Jaclyn Smith brands. Timothy provides leadership and guidance for all IT initiatives for Sears.
Prior to Sears Holdings, Timothy served as Chief Information Officer at Reliance Retail Ltd. (RRL), a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd. RRL is a startup retail chain in India, that in the past two years has opened 928 stores and 79 distribution centers for 14 different formats including; supermarkets, specialty and convenience stores. Previous to RRL, Timothy spent over 10 years at IBM holding many global leadership roles which involved; leading the IBM PC Company reengineering initiative, launch of ibm.com, startup of b2b eCommerce and working with retailers around the globe. He held international positions for Andersen Consulting in Banking and Finance, and for Westpac Banking Corporation in their Information Technology, Money Market & Treasury Groups.
