Mr. Dieter Graf is Executive Project Manager of EDEKA Minden-Hannover Holding GmbH, Germany’s largest Grocery retailer. He is responsible for the overall management of EDEKA’s large scale IT projects while also providing guidance to the Board of Directors on aligning corporate objectives with IT strategies and goals. Since 1996 Mr. Graf has lead many successful IT projects including the company’s enterprise-wide implementation of SAP and a complete replacement of their store systems with GK/Retail. He has been key in developing EDEKA's long term IT strategy and architecture to support their vision for the next generation supermarket - The market of the future.
