Caroline Hogwood is currently Vice President, Store Solutions for Canadian Tire Corporation. Caroline has been with Canadian Tire for 17 years, and has held senior leadership roles in Information Technology, Human Resources, Financial Services' Operations, and Dealer Finance.
In her current role, Caroline is responsible for various components within the Store Operations division including store communication & training, new product introduction processes, daily operations, store program development and various customer & store governance roles.
Caroline's key contributions to Canadian Tire include the national launch of an in-store ordering and inventory management system, an award winning store eLearning system, a re-engineered store audit system and Dealer progression model and a Store portal that has enabled the Corporation to move to an almost paperless environment between their stores and home office.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA. Caroline has held various management positions with other firms including CSA, KPMG Consulting and GE Canada before joining Canadian Tire Corporation.
