Linda Siksna is currently accountable for Canadian Tire's in-store systems across Canada. Her team is responsible for working with the business to establish the future direction for IT investment in the stores, implementing in-store solutions and supporting the day to day retail operations.

Linda has over 20 years of IT experience and has held several senior management positions at Canadian Tire Corporation since joining in 1995. In her most recent role at Canadian Tire as Vice President, IT Shared Services, Linda was responsible for the Corporation's Infrastructure Operations and Application Development. During her tenure she launched a multi-year infrastructure renewal program to modernize Canadian Tire's aging legacy platforms.

Prior to joining Canadian Tire, Linda spent 10 years in the field of IT and Management consulting. She assisted a variety of both American and Canadian companies by leading the implementations of new business and systems capabilities. She was instrumental in guiding clients to achieve operational efficiencies through disciplined process execution and leveraging new technology.
