Staples' O'Rorke Offers Omni-Channel Operations Info at CCRES
It has never been more difficult to retain and grow customer advocacy, and the convenience, consistency and relevancy of customer interactions make all the difference. Delivering an experience that exceeds expectations--both emotionally and functionally--continues to be elusive as customers continue to become smarter and expectations grow higher.
At this year's Cross-Channel Retail Executive Summit (CCRES), Staples Vice President of U.S. Retail Systems and Shared Services Beth O'Rorke will reveal how Staples is making the necessary changes to meet the ever-increasing needs of their customers by making it easier for them to shop.
O'Rorke will speak as part of the CCRES E-Commerce Track on the topic of "Operationalizing the Omni-Channel Vision," along with her co-presenter Craig Stevenson, Global Portfolio Leader, IBM Global Retail Industry ions. O'Rorke is responsible for leading several application, technology and shared resource teams focused on accelerating business value through technology solutions, with a focus on cross-channel marketing and merchandising functions.
The fourth annual CCRES will take place September 15-17 at the Four Seasons Troon North in Scottsdale, Arizona. This year's theme for the must-attend event is The Shopper-Driven Imperative: New Channels, New Opportunities. Click here to register.
