France's Famous Museums Use Raymark's Store Solutions

The RMN-Grand Palais has selected Raymark's retail software Xpert-Series 2012 to manage its network of museum library-boutiques including the Louvre Museum, Museé Orsay, Château de Versailles and the Grand Palais with over 40 locations in France. The software suite will enable RMN-Grand Palais to control its retail commercial activities in a centralized environment while providing the necessary independence required by each museum location.

"Over the years, the RMN-Grand Palais has built a vast distribution network and requires a software provider that specializes in managing store networks in a cross-channel, centralized environment," says Floréal Navarro, systems manager at RMN-Grand Palais. "Raymark has demonstrated its capability of successfully delivering this strategic project and offers a personalized and agile business approach, is focused on project management and customer service, and offers solutions that are in line with our requirements as a museum."

RMN-Grand Palais will use Raymark's Store solution to manage point-of-sale and store operations. Store-generated purchase orders will be managed using Raymark's Purchasing module. To manage store back office requirements, RMN-Grand Palais acquired licenses of Raymark's Merchandising system, a web-based solution that is fully integrated to the POS.

Other solutions purchased include Raymark's Replenishment to handle inventory replenishment and Raymark's Reporting solution to provide dynamic reporting with a built-in report designer for customized views to handle the museum's unique requirements.
