ATG Launches Commerce Suite 9

ATG announces the availability of ATG Commerce Suite 9, the newest version of the company's e-commerce suite that helps drive the personalized online shopping experience. ATG Commerce Suite 9 provides unmatched merchant empowerment by giving business users a unified view and direct control of commerce tools across channels.

This release also includes enhancements to ATG Merchandising, another core component of the ATG Commerce Suite.

New features in ATG Commerce Suite 9 include:

Dynamic Preview - helps improve and streamline a retailer's ability to manage segments and personalized Web pages; retailers can save time by viewing and testing new content and tactics without the need for staging systems. Merchants can preview multiple in-context views of a Web page in real-time, to see how targeting rules affect behavior for various segments.

Search Preview and Test
- helps improve and streamline a retailer's ability to manage on-site search and personalized search results. By immediately validating search configurations and searchandising tactics, merchants are more productive and search results are more effective. Merchants can dynamically preview personalized search results in context, based on a customer profile and segment and the merchandiser's search configurations.

Cross-channel Selling - integrates the Web storefront and contact center. Streamlines cross-channel merchandising processes and helps improve customer satisfaction with a more consistent and holistic cross-channel buying experience. ATG delivers integration of ATG Commerce, ATG Commerce Service Center, and eStara Click to Call.

Cross-channel Reporting and Dashboards - provides an understanding of customer behavior and business performance. ATG delivers reports on new data and customer activity, search, call center activity and cross-channel activity.
