Jesta I.S ranked #1 Large Vendor Customer Satisfaction Leaders in the 2011 RIS Software LeaderBoard

The RIS Software Leaderboard highlights the top 20 software retail IT vendors. It considers companies with broad and deep strengths in their solutions suites. As a result, Jesta I.S. ranked 12th in the 2011 RIS Software Leaderboard, first place in the Large Vendor Customer Satisfaction category and excelled broadly across 21 LeaderBoard categories.

The criteria that RIS Software LeaderBoard considers to evaluate customer satisfaction are: Overall Performance, Return on Investment, Technology Innovation, Product Reliability, Ease of Installation/Integration, Ease of Administration/Maintenance, Quality of Support, Quality of Service and Status of Recommendation (which refers how strongly retailers would recommend a vendor to their colleagues).
