Argos Adds Task Manager Across 700 Stores

Argos, a general merchandiser and home products retailer in the United Kingdom, rolls out Reflexis Task Manager across its 700 stores. The Reflexis Web-based system, which was implemented in just 15 weeks, has been able to improve efficiency of communications and visibility into task management.

Thus far, the system has enabled Argos to communicate efficiently and effectively between corporate, field, and stores and improve planning. The retailer also has gained feedback and real-time visibility into task execution.

"Argos purchased Reflexis Task Manager to improve the efficiencies of its business processes," said Nick Skilbeck, IS Programme Manager, Argos.

"We selected Task Manager as, in addition to the proven system functionality, we were aware of Reflexis's wide retail expertise and excellent reputation for delivering customer satisfaction," said Doug Duffin, IS Manager, Argos. "The implementation was flawless in tight timescales, and we were all impressed with the team's professionalism."
