Haggen Gets Smart with BI

Haggen deploys a business intelligence and data warehouse system from Teradata and Manthan Systems to its 32 supermarkets. The food and grocery retailer is using the retail-centric business intelligence data warehouse (BI-DW) to aid managers with category management, operations performance and inventory management decision making. The platform, created jointly by Teradata and Manthan, is designed for mid-tier retailers. Haggen operates supermarkets under the Haggen Food & Pharmacy and TOP Food & Drug banners.
